She's not quite as immediately terrifying as "Marlo Stanfield," but she is a "Marlowe" -- Katherine Marlowe. And she's apparently a worthy adversary for Nathan Drake, as introduced in the latest trailer for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Little is known about the Helen Mirren soundalike, though the US PlayStation blog reveals she's the head of a 400-year-old secret society.

And it's clear she's not joking around -- the lady's got a hidden blade in her umbrella! She's also got an eye out for Nathan's fancy ring (said to be Sir Francis Drake's) and she'll be the main antagonist in the upcoming Uncharted entry.
